About Us

We  are a family owned and operated business founded in the fall of 2006 in Lakeville, MN. The founder of the business Pat Simon, who has been in the paint additive business for more than a decade , found the product that is the foundation for Paint Scentsations about 5 years ago in a paint manufacturing trade journal. He immediately recognized the value this product could have in the apartment property management sector as well as the commercial paint industry in general.  With the certainty that he was onto a good thing, he inked an agreement with the products manufacturer to create his own private label. Since then we have been getting the word out about Paint Scentsations where it has been widely accepted in the commercial paint industry.

We are the exclusive provider of Paint Scentsations and  primarily serve  the commercial paint market within the US, Carribean, Central and South America. We sell to distributors, retailers as well the end user when our products are not available at the local level.  A pricing structure is in place to accomodate all parties.
